The Puppy-drowner (Bosnian) refers to a unidentified Blonde girl in a Red hoodie who appears in a video where she is seen throwing Puppies into a River to drown. The video was posted online and was seen by thousands of people who were outraged at the Animal cruelty.
Police in the central Bosnian town of Bugojno say they have identified the person seen throwing six newborn puppies into the river one by one. The girl who is apparently a juvenile.[1]
An elderly woman claimed that she rescued the puppies that were drowning in the river.[2] The girl didn't face any charges for her actions since she was too young and because the puppies were reportedly rescued.[3][4]
