==Sex crimes== In December 2016, a 16-year-old student came forward accusing Nolan of paying her $40 to give him a massage and then forcing her to masturbate him. An investigation into the charges lead to more accusations against Nolan, including that he had pressured a woman into having sex with him, then bought her heroin and used it to coerce her into sex with him. Another woman, Margie Rose, alleged that her mother Tiffany had committed suicide via drug overdose after being abused by Nolan. Many women accused him of using threats of eviction to force them to have sex with him, and several underage girls testified that Nolan had trafficked them and pimped them out to other women. Police also found photos and videos of Nolan having sex with young women, many of whom appeared to be underage.<ref>[https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/2018/03/26/tim-nolan-judge-tim-nolan-conservative-activist-tim-nolan-human-trafficker/400004002/ Tim Nolan was a judge.
