Tobias Rathjen (1976/1977-February 19, 2020) was a German far-right terrorist responsible for the Hanau shootings. He targeted a shisha bar, which are known for being frequented by Turkish and Kurdish immigrants in Germany. Rathjen is a neo-Nazi and is believed to be associated with the alt-right.
