Thomas Leonard “Tommy” Carroll (November 28, 1900-June 7, 1934) was an American criminal from Montana. He was a member of the Dillinger Gang who was previously a World War I veteran and professional boxer. He was also of Swedish and Northern Irish descent. He was killed by police officers in 1934. He died the same year as other famous criminals of the Great Depression era such as his fellow gang members, John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson, Charles Makley, Red Hamilton, Homer Van Meter, Eddie Green, and Harry Pierpont, as well as Bonnie and Clyde and Pretty Boy Floyd.
