			What do you mean, its got nothing to do with Villainy, Paranoia is responsible for murders, kidnapping and multiple unspeakibly brutal acts, just look what King Herod did out of Paranoia. And yes Paranoia is a form of mental illness, so are delusions, psycopathic disorders, anti-social personality disorders and pyromania, but we have catagories for all them.
