Just to clarify about this category, not nearly all real-life evil doers will fit this. While many did selfish and mean-spirited actions such as killing others, only certain ones will actually fit this category. Since almost all people on this website would fit under Complete Monster if they were fiction, only the ones that stand out as completely awful and horrific can count under this specific category.
