Westley Allan Dodd
Westley Alan Dodd (July 3rd, 1961 – January 5th, 1993) was was a man known for raping and killing many children. When he was executed, it was the first hanging in over 30 years. Even though he only killed 3 known people, he couldve killed far more people.
