== Biography == Yudai Hunado has been abusing his daughter, Yua Hunado since she was three years old, and she was taken into temporary custody at the prefectural child guidance center twice in 2016 and 2017. When he was taken into custody in 2017, daughter had visible wounds and bruises on his lips, both knees, and abdomen, but his parents denied assaulting their daughter. In both cases, protection was lifted for reasons such as parents' temporary redemption, lack of evidence, and daughter's own concern to future after being protected. Since late January 2018, he has been malnourishing his daughter by not giving her enough food, and in late February, despite his daughter's weakness and clear poor physical health, he left his daughter without seeing a doctor for fear of being found abusive, and on March 2, his daughter died of sepsis caused by pneumonia. === Cover-up of abuse === Yudai Hunado and his wife, [[Yuri Hunado]], were vigilant about public places and organizations to ensure that the abuse did not come to light. They deprived their daughter of the opportunity to go outside and the only time she went outside as play when she was alive was one time. === Threat against [[Yuri Hunado]] === Yuri Hunado stated that "I felt that my position was in jeopardy", and that he may have been intimidated by Yudai Hunado. This statement was criticized, coupled with the fact that she had more scope for action than her daughter.
