==''Club Penguin Online'' == Starting from the discontinuation of the original ''Club Penguin'' in March 2017, countless ''CP'' private servers (''CPPS'' for short) have started to spawn in order to preserve the game. One of the examples is ''Club Penguin Online'', run by Adebowale under his username ''Riley'' and starting in January 4, 2018. The game was programmed by Timmy, who was claimed by Riley to be "the real owner of ''CPO''", although Riley actually owns the its website domain. With the Covid-19 pandemic spreading worldwide in 2020, ''CPO'' earned a sudden massive growth of the userbase, with 7 million players joining the game that year. Allegations against Riley used to do not be popular during the days of him hosting ''Virtual Penguin'' and until April of 2020. They were generally being limited to the ''CPPS'' community and Reddit posts which went ignored for months, until Joey Hues posted videos about the allegations which ultimately had gone widespread and contributed to Disney taking actions against Riley and his game in short time of one month later. Those allegations included: ''CPO''<nowiki/>'s main point of criticism was its lack of moderation, allowing slurs, swear words and sexual roleplaying, especially for a private server of a family-friendly game. It had also been subject of the leakages of emails, passwords and IP addresses of every account by the moderators, causing others' accounts that use the same password as their ''CPO'' account to be hacked by them in turn, which Riley denied about.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/ClubPenguin/comments/gf1tz9/a_word_of_warning_cpo/</ref> Riley allegedly groomed children online, mainly girls, with his main goals being to date and receive pictures of their nudes in order to promote them administratorship in his private server, then blackmail their families afterwards. As an attempt to monopolize the ''CPPS'' craze, he used anti-competitive tactics towards other ''CPPS''s of which he sees them as a "threat" to his game, such as hacking, raiding or performing DDoS attacks against them. One infamous example is when he raided, doxxed and harassed the staff of a server created in 2019 and designed to be superior to ''CPO'', which led to its closure.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0lpDreYXeE&t=854</ref> In May 2019, he used the ''Marvel'' items from another private server named ''Super Club Penguin'' (which he hacked two years prior) for his own game's ''Marvel party''. The game also violated several other laws, being the General Data Protection Regulation, for disallowing its users from deleting their accounts, and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act for not prompting parental consents upon signing up. When an anonymous user sent the ''CPO'' team a message about the game violating the GDPR, they claimed that they do not delete accounts "because it would allow rule breakers to sign up again", trying to justify regarding of the game's refusal to terminate accounts and failing to realize that it was against the GDPR.<ref>https://preview.redd.it/p76r8vwzsp631.jpg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=95b040ab653564aa25304e3153871ec576b11072</ref> He also tried to silence all criticism against him, and trying to manipulate his fanbase on few occasions, such as making it think that he is innocent and spread lies about anyone who were against him.
