==Biography== Abdallah was born in Domoni, located on the island of Anjouan. Its participation in the government begins in the decade of the 40, while the Comoros was still part of France; in particular, he became President of its general council from 1949 to 1953, becoming President of the Chamber of Deputies during 1970.
