Alvin Neelley (July 15th, 1953 - October 21th, 2005) had a girlfriend named Judith Neelley (June 7th, 1964-).
He is from Georgia while his girlfriend was from Tennesse. The couple was involved in a Youth Development Center. They also abducted a 13 year old girl named Lisa Ann Millican on September 25, 1982. He was arrested on 1983. Judith was put in jail in October 9, 1982.
