Andrew Taake is a U.S. Capitol rioter from Texas. He is accused of assaulting police officers during the riots using pepper spray and a metal whip.
Court records show Taake was previously arrested in April 2008 for assaulting someone while drunk. He was released from prison six months later in October 2008.
