Andrew Wheeler is a British paramedic convicted of multiple counts of rape and sexual assault.

Wheeler raped a woman in 2009 while off-duty. Coincidentally, Wheeler later encountered the same woman while on his job in 2010 when he was called to a scene where she had suffered an anaphylactic shock. While she was incapacitated in the back of the ambulance, Wheeler molested her. He also sexually assaulted an underage girl (who was not a patient) twice between 2013 and 2014.

In 2018, Wheeler was called to a scene where a woman had collapsed while drunk. Wheeler dismissed the other paramedics at the scene claiming he could handle the situation. Wheeler drove the incapacitated woman back to her house, where he raped her. She reported the attack and Wheeler was arrested, after which his other victims recognised him and came forward.

Wheeler was placed on trial in 2021 for multiple counts of rape and sexual assault. He was convicted after a month-long trial and sentenced to 21 years imprisonment. He was also made the subject of an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
