Angela Allen is a Manchester woman who was involved in a competition with Colin Blanchard and Vanessa George to see who could produce the most disturbing child pornography images. She was arrested in 2009 after one of Blanchard's co-workers opened Blanchard's computer and discovered texts between the three and images of children being abused by Tracy Lyons and Tracy Dawber. Allen pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual assault and received an indeterminant prison sentence, with a mandatory minimum sentence of five years.
