Angenette Marie Welk (born November 19, 1973) is a vehicular villainess who was arrested for DUI in May of 2018.

On the day in question, Angenette's blood-alcohol content was at .172, over twice the legal limit, and she drove 73 MPH and crashed into another vehicle driven by Shiyanne Kroll, who was 18 at the time. Shiyanne's vehicle, in turn, crashed into a tractor trailer as a result, and while Shiyanne was only injured, the crash killed her mother, Sandra Clarkson, a passenger in the car. Angenette was arrested and charged with DUI manslaughter, and she gained more notoriety during her arrest, as the evil Angenette smiled in her mugshot, appearing to show little to no remorse for what had occurred.

A year later in May 2019, Angenette pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 11 years in prison, while also being sentenced to 15 years probation and ordered to pay a $5000 fine. In addition, part of her sentence has Angenette writing a letter every May detailing what she learned from the incident, and during her sentencing, Angenette expressed her sorrow for her actions; a contrast to her smirking expression in her mugshot.
