Anthony Ray Stockelman is the rapist and murderer of a ten-year-old girl named Katie Collman.
Following his sentencing, he became the subject of several internet articles after his fellow inmate, Katie's cousin Jared, attacked him and tattooed "Katie's Revenge" on his forehead as a daily reminder of his crime.
