Brian McCreary is a 33-year-old resident of North Adams, Massachusetts who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming.

McCreary was known for being the man mistaken as Matthew Heimbach at the U.S. Capitol riots. Chicago's NPR radio station WBEZ and Fox News both msitakenly claimed that Matthew Heimbach participated in the riots, when Heimbach was actually absent during that time. McCreary and Heimbach ultimately have no connection to each other.
