Important Bryan Isaack "Brian" Clyde (September 30th, 1996 - June 17th, 2019) was an attempted murderer who was responsible for the botched 2019 Dallas Courthouse shooting. He was formerly a veteran who was honorably discharged. His motives are believed to be of alt-right nature, given his internet activity, although this is unknown.Β He was known to be transphobic and anti-feminist, and had a fascination with Nazism. His brother had also reported to the FBI that he was suicidal. == History == Clyde approached the courthouse with a lot of gear, and fired into the entrance. However, he was overwhelmed by police and security forces and only superficially injured one person. After the confrontation, he ran to the parking lot where he collapsed. Later, after being taken to the hospital, he was pronounced dead. Tom Fox photographed Clyde running to the courthouse, as well as an image of him picking up an ammo clip and him dead. ==Internet Attention== The shooting initially received very little attention in the first few hours of it having had happened. However, when the notorious image of Clyde approaching the courthouse in a balaclava, tactical gear, and him holding a clip surfaced, numerous people started mocking the obvious attention seeking aspect of such, and some deduced that he thought that committing mass murder was like video games. Many pointed out the major failure of the attempted shootout. On May 4, 2020, Tom Fox was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize for his famous photo. ==Trivia== *His family believes he could've possibly intended for the police to shoot at him as a mean of suicide. *He was apparently both a fascist and an environmentalist. ==Gallery== <gallery> courthouse_shooter.jpg|The notable picture taken moments before the attempted murder. whathow.jpg|A snippit of witness footage taken as being reported on Fox 4.
