Vincent Albert "Buddy" Cianci Jr. (April 30, 1941 – January 28, 2016) was an American politician and lawyer who was the 32nd and 34th mayor of Providence, Rhode Island. He was embroiled in felony convictions where he committed fraud, assault, and served 4 years in prison.
