Cameron Thor
Cameron Thor (March 17, 1960-) is a former American actor, screenwriter, director, and acting coach who was convicted of sexual assault of Jordyn Ladell when she was 13.
Career and Family[edit]
Cameron started his acting career in 1984 and 4 years later in 1988 he stared in the film Punchline starring Tom Hanks and Sally Field. In 1991 he stared in films such as Hook and Curly Sue, his famous performance was as Lewis Dodgson in the 1993 film Jurassic Park. He's married to Alice Carter and has a son.
Conviction[edit]
On June 4, 2014. Cameron was charged with the sexual assault of Jordyn Ladell, he was released on $2,600,000 bail and later reduced to $1,000,000. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office filed 14 counts against him, which included kidnapping and sexual assault on a minor, he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
His trial Began August 17, 2015 and ended on August 25. The next day he was found guilty, on April 26, 2016 he was sentenced to 6 years in prison. He was released from prison in 2019.
