Charles Foster (Born 1999) is the perpetrator of the 2023 Bucks Platinum Club shooting, an adult-entertainment club, in Ohio on New Year's day. It happened after an argument escalated with another group. It was the first mass shooting of 2023. As of now he is currently in custody.
Shooting
Around 2:30 A.M Charles Foster got into an argument with a group in the Bucks Platinum Club. Later in the argument Charles Foster pulled out his handgun and started shooting. The shooting killed 1 and injured 4.
