Charles Foster (Born 1999) is the perpetrator of the 2023 Bucks Platinum Club shooting, an adult-entertainment club, in Ohio on New Year's day. It happened after an argument escalated with another group. It was the first mass shooting of 2023. As of now he is currently in custody.
