Chris Kelly is a man from Rockland County who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming.

Kelly was one of many to attend Donald Trump's Save America rally, where he called it "the most historic event of [his] life". He later stormed the Capitol amongst other fanatics of Trump, being notable for taking a photo of him shirtless posing with an American flag. He was eventually arrested on January 20, 2021. However, charges were dropped against him.
