Daniel Dink "Dan" Phipps is a far-right rioter who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. Phipps, a far-right citizen from Texas, was arrested shortly after he posted a photo of him carrying an American flag on his shoulder inside the capitol building.

Relatives of his warned him to take down the photo of him within the capitol. Surely enough, Dan refused, believing it was the only way to show his "patriotism". This proved to be his downfall, as the FBI later tracked and booked him using his capitol posts as evidence against him.
