Daniel Wozniak is a former actor from California who murderered Private First Class Samuel Herr and his girlfriend, Juri "Julie" Kibuishi in May 2010. Wozniak, who was in immense debt and unemployed, was attempting to steal from Herr, and so he killed him in an attempt to get away with his money and Kibuishi in an attempt to make it seem like Herr got into a domestic dispute where both got killed in the process.
Wozniak was officially convicted of two counts of first-degree murder in 2016. He was found guilty and is currently on the death row.
