Dark Emu Exposed

Dark Emu Exposed is a website managed by businessman and historian Roger Karge. The site was originally created to critique Bruce Pascoe and his book, Dark Emu, stating its fabrications of Aboriginal Australian agriculture, while also exaggerating the book's embellishment of historical claims. The site's criticisms on Pascoe's book are what enabled Andrew Bolt and other culture warriors to attack Pascoe's work, further instigating the history wars. The site also has articles that detail the "fabrications" of Australian settler violence against Aboriginal Australians and try to downplay the Australian Frontier Wars in addition to trying to justify the reasons why Australia was declared terra nullius. They also try to expose Pascoe as having lied about supposedly having aboriginal ancestry in an attempt to dismiss his claims.

In addition to critiquing Pascoe about his claims of Aboriginal Australian agriculture, they also demonize historians like Henry Reynolds and Lyndall Ryan for their "fabrications" of Australian history, while also relying on Keith Windschuttle's denialist information.

In April 2022, Karge and his researchers have published a book titled Truth-Telling at Risdon Cove, detailing Edward White's accounts of the Risdon Cove massacre of 1804.
