David "Dave" Wiersma is a 68-year-old Illinois man who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming.
He was sentenced to 18 months in prison. Social media posts also show that Wiersma believed the election was stolen via massive fraud, additionally showing claims comparing the capitol riots to Martin Luther King Jr. and Rosa Parks.
