Dennis Perkins is a former Louisiana Police Deputy, along with his wife Cynthia Perkins were found guilty of raping and possessing child pornography and served cupcakes filled with his semen to Cynthia's students. Dennis and Cynthia were first arrested in 2019, but then was arrested again in February 2022 where he was sentenced to 100 years in prison.
