The Dnepropetrovsk were a group of teen murderers in Ukraine. They have been charged with 21 murders and may have caused even more. Their methods were some of the most evil known to man and have been compared to Vlad The Impaler. Most of their attacks were on those that would seem to be weaker targets. All the murders occured between 2007 and 2010.
