ETA, or "Euskadi Ta Askatasuna", is a Basque nationalist liberation group. This group has been responsible for over 800 deaths, dozens of kidnappings, and thousands of injuries. It is classified as a terrorist group by most countries, including the US, United Kingdom, and Spain. Over 700 members of the organization are currently incarcerated in prisons, many living life sentances. This group has been around since the 50's, since it was a group of radical supporters of the infamous dictator Francisco Franco.
