Edgar J. McNabb (October 24, 1865 – February 28, 1894) was an American professional baseball player. He played for the Baltimore Orioles in 1893. He killed his girlfriend before shooting himself in the mouth.
There are various accounts of what actually caused McNabb to go off the deep end, but some people believe it had to do with money while others believe that he caught his girlfriend cheating on him with another ballplayer named Lou Gilliland.
