Harry J. Anslinger
Harry J. Anslinger (May 20, 1892 - November 30, 1975) was the first Commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics. He was a major supporter of prohibition and was known for using racist tactics to criminalize various drugs. His policies affect much of the United States to this day.
