Harvey Murray Glatman (December 10, 1927-September 18, 1959)
Was an American serial killer, who, killed 3 (suspected of 4) women in the late 1950s. He was dubbed the lonely hearts killer because he would lore his victims with a lonely hearts ad in the newspaper. He would take photos of his victims as they were tied up (with one being of a women naked and tied up). His victims were Shirley Bridgeford, Judy Dull, and Ruth Mercado. He was suspected of killing Dorothy Howard but he was never convicted

On September 18, 1959, at the age of 31 Harvey Murray Glatman was executed in a gas chamber for the murder of 3 women, and attempted murder of Lorraine Vigil.
