Jamar Pinkney Sr. (1972-) is an American man who in November 16th, 2009, killed his son, Jamar Pinkney Jr., after finding out he sexually assaulted his 3 year old half-sister.

In November 15th, 2009, Jamar Pinkney Jr. came to his mother, Lazette Cherry, and admitted he sexually assaulted his 3 year old half-sister, she decided to give him therapy.
The next day, in November 16th, 2009, Jamar Pinkney Sr. went to the duplex house where Jamar Pinkney Jr. and his mother were located.
Jamar Pinkney Jr. admitted to Jamar Pinkney Sr. that he sexually assaulted his 3 year old half-sister, which made Jamar Pinkney Sr. lose his mind and start beating his son. Yolanda Cherry, Lazette Cherry's sister, heard Jamar Pinkney Sr. beating his son and tried to stop him, but Jamar Pinkney Sr. pointed a gun at Yolanda and threatened to kill her and her sister if they came closer to him, then he started to beat Jamar Pinkney Jr. again.
Jamar Pinkney Sr. then started to beat his son with his pistol and made him strip his clothes. He then made his son march naked down the street and stopped at a vacant lot, and made Pinkney Jr. kneel. Jamar Pinkney Jr. asked for mercy but his father shot him with his pistol, killing him.
In August 2010, Jamar Pinkney Sr. was found guilty of the crime and was sent to 37 to 80 years of prison.
