Jamie Hopes is a 24-year-old Welsh army cadet trainer and sex offender. He masqueraded as a teenage girl on social media to trick forty young boys into sending him videos of them performing sex acts and then sent them to fellow paedophiles online. He was jailed for four years in 2019.
