Joshua James is a regional leader of the Oath Keepers who stormed the capitol on January 6, 2021.

Before becoming a conspiracy leader, James was a former U.S. veteran who was deployed in Iraq in 2007.

He has been charged of grabbing a capitol officer by the vest and yelling at him before assaulting him and continuing to storm the capitol. James faces serious felony charges regarding conspiracy and sedition, and plead guilty to all charges.
