Biography
1954 Graduated from Vilnius University. 1954-1958 press officer, 1956-58. editor of the New Morning newspaper. 1956 Member of the CPSU. 1958-1960 LCP CK Instructor. 1960-1964 Director of the LCP CC publishing house. 1964-1969 Vice-Chairman of the LSSR MT State Television and Radio Committee, 1987-1989. the chairman. 1969-1972 SSKP CK Instructor. 1972-1987 Head of the Propaganda and Agitation Division of the LCP CC. 1989 Advisor to the LSSR Council of Ministers, 1989 December. - 1991 August.
