Kenneth Bianchi (May 22nd, 1951) also known as the Hillside Strangler, is a convicted serial killer and rapist who, along with his cousin Angelo Buono, killed and raped 12 women and girls between the ages of 12 and 28. They would sexually abuse them before strangling them. Sometimes, they vary their methods. He, along with his partner, were arrested by Janurary 12th, 1979 and were sentenced to life imprisonment. He was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder. He was described as "a complusive liar". He was denied parole multiple times.
