Kimberly Hignite

Kimberly Hignite (born c. 1967) is a day care owner turned villainess.

Kimberly Hignite operated an unlicensed day care facility from her own home, though it was not revealed when her business officially began. Kimberly turned heel sometime in 2011, when she abused and neglected the young children in her care. Children ranging from 5 - 11 years old were strapped to car seats and left unattended until the end of the day, with Hignite giving them very little food and only one cup of water between them. If the children would not be quiet, Hignite would smother them by putting a blanket over their head and sitting on them, and would be locked in the basement if they still refused to be quiet. She also made some of the children play a game she called the "Silly Private Game", where they would spin a spinner on a game board that had pictures of male and female genitalia on it. Children who played the game were forced to touch their own, each other's and Hignite's genitals or let her touch theirs depending on where the spinner landed. The abuse spanned between 2011 and May of 2018.

The abuse was uncovered when police investigated the day care in May 2018 for operating without a licence, and it was two months later that Kimberly was arrested and charged with various counts of child endangerment. She faced a maximum of 180 days in jail, but on July 15, 2019, Kimberly accepted a plea deal that resulted in a sentence of 30 days in jail and a $4200 fine.
