Kimberly Hignite operated an unlicensed day care facility from her own home, though it was not revealed when her business officially began. Kimberly turned heel sometime in 2011, when she abused and neglected the young children in her care. The abuse spanned between 2011 and May of 2018, and in addition to the physical abuse and neglect, the evil Kimberly also molested a number of the children. The maniacal villainess masked the sexual abuse as a board game which she called the "Silly Private Game," where Kimberly would touch her victims' private parts.

The abuse was uncovered when police investigated the day care in May 2018, and it was two months later that Kimberly was arrested and charged with various counts of child endangerment. She faced a maximum of 180 days in jail, but on July 15, 2019, Kimberly accepted a plea deal that resulted in a sentence of 30 days in jail and a $4200 fine.

She also made some of the children play a game she called the "Silly Private Game", where they would spin a spinner on a game board that had pictures of male and female genitalia on it. Children who played the game were forced to touch their own, each other's and Hignite's genitals or let her touch theirs depending on where the spinner landed.
