Garion L. "Kutthroat" McGlothen (died 30 March 2005) was a gang member and pimp known for his involvement in the Cyntoia Brown case.

McGlothen met 16-year-old runaway Cyntoia Brown in Nashville in 2004. He initially acted as a boyfriend to her, giving her a place to stay at a hotel; however, he soon began trafficking her and pimping her out to older men in order to support himself. On multiple occasions, he would threaten, beat and rape her. According to Brown, McGlothen made her think she was good for nothing except prostitution.

On 6 August 2004, McGlothen gave Brown to a client named Johnny Allen, who payed her $150 for sex. This ended in Brown shooting Allen in the head and being arrested for murder. McGlothen was arrested in his and Brown's room at the hotel on suspicion of being an accomplice to murder, but was released for lack of evidence. Brown herself also testified that McGlothen had nothing to do with Allen's murder.

McGlothen was shot dead by another gang member on 30 March 2005, six months after Brown's conviction for murder.
