Lee Chun-jae is an infamous South Korean serial killer who has been dubbed by the media "the South Korean Zodiac Killer". In 1994, he was charged with the rape and murder of his sister-in-law. In 2019, he admitted to police that he was responsible for the nine murders in the infamous Hwaseong serial murders, his DNA matched samples collected on the victims confirming his confession.
