Luis Henrique Ribeiro da Silva was a former father and husband of his spouse Andréia Ferreira dos Santos who stabbed his eight-year-old son, André Miguel to death while he was protecting his mother.

Biography

Last night on August 16, Luis attempted to murder his wife until his hero son, André Miguel tried saving her. This was until Luis had grabbed him by the neck and stabbed him eleven times in the abdomen. Andréia watched in complete terror has she tried to run out of the house until the door was locked. Which caused Luis to corner and stab her five times in the stomach which let Andréia out with screams of agony throughout the neighborhood. On Wednesday, Luis Henrique was arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder. While his wife and son were taken to the Hospital of Itapecerica da Serra, but André Miguel tragically passed away from blood loss on the way there. His mother, Andréia remains in critical condition, but survived the attack.

Luis Henrique da Silva is sentenced to 16 years in prison without parole. However, two weeks before the killer incident, Luis ran over his neighbor, Isaac Ferreira on July 31 in a hit-and-run.
