'''Mark Goudeau''', better known as '''The Baseline Killer''', is a serial killer from Arizona whose crimes spanned between August 2005 and June 2006. He was first identified as such when before identification, police observed a man sexually groping females as young as 12 years old at gunpoint near Baseline Road.

Goudeau was believed to be responsible for nine counts of first-degree murder (eight of which were female), 15 counts of rape, and 11 counts of kidnapping. He has accumulated 93 felonies in total within a ten-month period. Goudeau is currently on the death row awaiting execution.
