Nadir Ali is a Pakistani-British man living in Birmingham responsible for the Murder of his cousin Hashim Khan over an argument about land in Pakistan.

On 23 August 2019, Ali was accosted by Khan, who confronted him over land in Pakistan that Khan's mother had inherited and given to Ali instead of keeping it. During the argument, Ali pulled out a knife and stabbed Khan. During the ensuing struggle, Khan's relative attempted to restrain Ali, but were stabbed, wounding three of them. Ali was ultimately subdued and arrested, and Khan was pronounced dead from his stab wounds. On 12 March 2020, Ali was convicted of murder and wounding with intent, and sentenced to life imprisonment.
