Natsumi Tsuji, also known as ‘Nevada Tan’, was a 11 year old student who was part of the 2004 Sasebo Slashing where she murdered a 12 Year old student, Satomi Mitarai, Tsuji Lured Mitarai and murdered her by slitting her throat in an empty classroom, Tsuji got her nickname due to wearing a Nevada sweater and became an Internet meme.
