Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (alias "El Mencho") is a Mexican drug kingpin and the current boss of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. Originally a sicario(hitman) for the Milenio Cartel, he became the leader of one of its factions when its leader Oscar Orlando Nava Valencia was arrested. This faction, Los Torcidos, later became the dominant faction and assumed the name under which it is known today
