Nicole Marion Pelletier is the villainess behind the attempted murder of her boyfriend in June 2019.
The incident on June 28, 2019 had Nicole, 18, engaging in an argument with her 23-year-old boyfriend, whose name wasn't revealed. The couple had a six-month-old daughter together, and she was in their home as her parents argued, with the spat being centered on Nicole's suspicions that her boyfriend was cheating on her. It was at that moment that Nicole threatened her boyfriend with a steak knife, screaming that she would "kill him and everyone in the house." After being told by her boyfriend that she "didn't have the balls to do it," Nicole plunged the knife into his chest.
The boyfriend ran to Nicole's mother for help, but it was Nicole herself who helped him by applying pressure to the would that she herself had created. He was later rushed to the hospital where he underwent a seven-hour heart surgery that saved his life, and when investigators were involved, Nicole claimed that her boyfriend had a seizure that caused him to accidentally land on a knife, though evidence proved otherwise. Nicole was arrested and originally charged with attempted first-degree murder, though it was later downgraded to aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
