Ovidio Guzmán López is a Mexican drug kingpin and a high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel. One of Joaquín Guzmán's sons, he took over his father's business after his arrest(although this is contested with Ismael Zambada García, who considers him and his brothers foolish and impetuous) He and his brothers Iván and Jesús are collectively known as "Los Chapitos" from their father "El Chapo"(The Shorty) and he is known as "El Ratón"(The Mouse).

In October 2019, Mexican National Guard personnel arrested him in Culiacán. He was released following an ambush by cartel gunmen and several attacks against civilians.
