Paul Rae is a Florida Proud Boys member who participated in the 2021 United States Capitol storming. Rae was arrested in March 2021 after his participation in the riots.

Shortly after his arrest, Rae was arrested again in October 2021 while on supervised release for a maritime DUI conviction. He was boating while drunk on booze and crashed into an island, heavily hurting another passenger in the process. The passenger thankfully survived, but sustained serious injuries and bodily impairment.
